Welcome to the new home for Frosting & Fringe, Balloons by F&F. Balloons by F&F has been a long time coming as it better reflects the bulk of the services that F&F has been offering over the past year and a half.

Balloons by F&F is committed to bringing you creative, colorful, whimsical balloon design in hopes to spread joy at events, parties, and celebrations across the greater Sacramento area.

Take a look around - I hope you enjoy the new branding, logo, icons and website design. My goal for the redesign is to help you clearly understand some of the services and designs that Balloons by F&F offers.

In the next couple of months I plan to add online ordering for our Grab & Go garlands, jumbos and bouquets, and seasonal collections.
